Rocky Mountain Mechanicals’ agreement customers are provided with automatic scheduling based on the Manufacturer’s Recommended Maintenance that is specifically tailored to your equipment. Planned maintenance enables your critical systems to operate at their maximum efficiency and performance (reducing energy costs). With planned maintenance there are generally fewer breakdowns, and the life of the equipment is extended. In addition, we offer a discount on repair labor and materials. Another perk for our agreement holders is Preferred Customer Status, which entitles you to priority service during times of extreme hot or cold weather.
We offer Four Standard Levels plus Custom Maintenance Agreements…
- Platinum Level - Labor and material for component repairs*. Labor and materials to change filters (high efficiency pleated), drive belts and planned maintenance tasking for each piece of equipment.
- Gold Level – Labor for repairs, discount on repair parts. Labor and materials to change filters (high efficiency pleated), drive belts and planned maintenance tasking for each piece of equipment.
- Silver Level – Labor and materials to change filters (high efficiency pleated), drive belts and detailed planned maintenance tasking for each piece of equipment. Discount on repair labor and materials.
- Bronze Level – Labor and materials to change filters (high efficiency pleated), drive belts. Discount on repair labor and materials.
